7. Employee Table

Video Transcript

We’re going to look at the Employee Table on Bizimply.  This is where you can view and organise your employee information.

We’re starting now in the Dashboard of one location, the University location.   If we click on the Employees icon at the top of the page, we will be taken to a list of employees who work in the University location.

If I want to see all my employees for all locations, I can change this dropdown to ‘All Locations’.  This will show me all my employees in my account.

Back in the University location, I can see all the employee names on the left-hand side, and there are a number of different columns of information I can view on this page.

You can edit these columns if you wish.  So you can add or remove any kind of information that you would like to see immediately on this page. Click “Edit Columns” and select or deselect the options you would prefer to see.

You can also move the column order by clicking on the two lines for each tab. Then hold and drag the column to the position you prefer to view the information.

Also in this view I can filter by each column to get a list of employees by clicking the “Show Filters” button.

And I can search within each of the columns, as well as filtering by dropdown options or dates when available.

On this page are some good first actions to do in Bizimply.  For example, I can select all my employees using the tick box, and click ‘Actions’, and then Send all my employees their PIN for clocking in.

By checking this box, all my employees in this location will receive an email with their Timestation PIN.

Another good first step to do is to invite all your employees to Bizimply. Again, click on ‘Actions’ and in the dropdown select “Invite to Bizimply”.  Each employee will then receive an email to create a password and login to their employee portal.

With any of these functions I can also choose just to invite or manage one or two employees at a time rather than every one.

The other useful function on this page is the ability to Edit multiple employee fields at the same time.  Click ‘Actions’, and then “Quick Edit” from the dropdown menu.

In this box I can also select to add more employees to edit.
