2. Attendance Settings

When you first log into Bizimply, you will be taken to the Main Dashboard.
From here, we need to go to our Settings Menu in the top right-hand corner.
Click here on your name or email address, and in the dropdown menu, select Settings.
One of the first settings we’re going to look at are Attendance Settings.
On the left-hand side, click where it says Attendance, and then click where it says Attendance Settings.
The first setting you will see is in relation to rounding the clock in or out times from the Timestation. You can decide if you want to round your clock in times up or down to give approximate attendance times
You can see the differences here and how they affect the clock in times in the boxes on the left-hand side.
However, we recommend that you do not round your times to have the most accurate attendance possible.
Next, you can decide if you want to allow any of your employees to clock in using the My Zimply App.
If you do, you need to turn on this button here to say ‘Yes’.
If you want them to clock out for breaks on the My Zimply app, click yes on the second button here.
Lastly, if you want employees to be able to clock in via the Employee Portal, that is, through a web browser, which they can do on a laptop or other device, you must click ‘Yes’ on this button.
And similar to before, if you want them to clock in and out for breaks as well, you should also click ‘Yes’ on the second option
Once you are happy with your settings, you should click ‘Save’.
